Pristine View Farm
Nestled in the valley of Chicken Hollow Road in Hillsboro, Pristine View Farm is beautiful. Jesse Lambright and his wife Magdalena along with their family, try to ensure sustainability year-round on their farm. Pristine View Farm will be supplying us with produce items, as well as their specialty organic flours, corn meals, delicious organic breakfast cereals, wild fruit butters, and much more.
Their ground grain products are done on the farm in their certified kitchen, which includes a water wheel mill which is run from the natural springs in their area. My husband and I visited their farm, and the process is fun to watch!
