Nature Nook
Daniel Lambright and nine members of his family established Nature Nook in Hillsboro, WI in 1990. They farm 32 acres, and have an additional 16 acres of woodland.
Nature Nook specializes in blueberries, swiss chard, brussel sprouts, peas, "blue ballet" squash, napa cabbage, green cabbage, sweet corn, and other produce crops.
"Our 48 acre farm is organic certified by ICO. Besides vegetable produce, we have a small herd of twelve jersey dairy cows. We do all of our farming with horses. We also raise some hogs and sell organic hog products."
