Hidden Valley Mushrooms
Hidden Valley Mushroom Farm was established in 1992, and is run by Ed and Mary Tylka, and their children, Matt, Stephanie, and Timmy. Hidden Valley is located on 40 acres in the Wisconsin Dells - they grow shiitake, oyster, crimini, portobello, and white button mushrooms.
"We started out producing white button and portobello mushrooms in bulk boxes. Today, we specialize in five varieties and package them as well."
