V-Greenhouse, located in Hillsboro, WI, was established in 2001 and is owned by Ruben and Simon Yoder. V-Greenhouse is spread over 50 tillable acres and 45 wooded acres with scattered timber.
Ruben and Simon's specialty is squash, peppers, sweet corn, and other produce.
"We have a greenhouse and raise produce as well as heifers. We raise most of our hay, silage, and corn for our calves, horses, and heifers. We are starting to grow seeds for vegetable production and for sale to the community as well."
