Bee-Pure Honey
Bee-Pure Honey, Inc., is located on a number of organic vegetable farms as well as unfarmed lands that have been identified as having healthy clover, alfalfa, and wildflower nectar sources. Owner and Chief "Bee Wrangler" Tom Gandia and Co-Owner and "Queen Bee" Stephanie started Bee-Pure Honey in fall of 2002.
"We offer honey in a traditional liquid form in containers for both retail and restaurant applications. We also have spiced combo-packs for retail. Our year 'round comb honey uniquely positions us for consumers and the restaurant/catering businesses avoiding the seasonal availability from most beekeepers."
"Bee-Pure Honey was started as a hobby and has grown to a business that has approached the market with different sense of commitment than most beekeepers, in that we look for year 'round repeat customers for all of our products. While our production is seasonal, like all farms, we have the ability and desire to smooth out availability so our products can be enjoyed any time! Our commitment to our farmers and their commitment to us is special and we treasure it. We are not migratory beekeepers who go to Florida, Texas, or California; our hives remain in western Wisconsin all year. Hand-crafted, never overheated or filtered, our honey keeps us true to our bees who make us look good!"
