How Does Simply Wisconsin's CSA Work?
Simply Wisconsin is similar to many CSA, but we're very different in one special way - we work with over 30 certified organic farms rather than one farm, offering you a wider variety of seasonal organic produce than many local CSA's. We also offer value-added shares like cheese, eggs, natural meats, and a preserve share.
When you join the Simply Wisconsin CSA, you are making a commitment to the farms that you are receiving certified organic produce on a weekly or bi-weekly basis (depending on the share), that you will pick up your produce box on the designated day and within the designated time frame, and that you will enjoy your fresh, organic produce (and tell your friends, of course)!
We in turn will supply you with regular updates about our farmers and where your food comes from, and give you storage tips and recipes for each and every box. We will also offer opportunities to attend farm events, or tour farms as the season permits.
We take pride in the outstanding quality that our farmers provide, and are happy to pass that bounty on to you!
