Lee Farm
The Lee Farm, located in Hillsboro, Wisconsin was established on October 26, 1995. It consists of 15.3 acres - 13 tilled acres and 2.3 acres of pasture. The farm is worked by John Lee and his family of nine.
They specialize in heirloom tomatoes, potatoes, melons, squash, sweet corn, rutabaga, eggplant, jerusalem artichokes, beets, and onions.
"Our farm in on the ridge. We have a farm chicken manure source. We have just started bush sweet cherry plants, and this spring, will plant winter-hardy peach trees. YES, we have found a new strain that will make it possible to have Wisconsin peaches right here!"
