Twin Ridge Farm
Twin Ridge Farm located in Hillsboro, Wisconsin, was established on January 9, 2002 by Ivan Yoder and his family. It consists of 6 farmed acres and 14 unfarmed acres.
"We grow butternut squash for seed; red slicer tomatoes, cabbage and butternut squash for Organic Valley; potatoes, sorghum, and lots of dry beans (both bush and pole varieties) plus many other garden varieties for seed or eating.
With the vision of a small one-horse farm, we started out with getting our long-time conventional hay ground into a healthy rotation, with a couple field crops. As the market presented itself, our interest turned to organic produce; and in the last several years, toward seed growing and saving for our own use and commercial sale; all this amidst a sustainable agriculture."
