Windy Ridge was established by David and Elizabeth Beachy in 2008 and they began growing certified organic produce in 2009. The farm in Hillsboro, Wisconsin consists of 15 acres.
David and Elizabeth and their six children grow cabbage, onions, sugar snap peas and more.
