Echo Valley Farm

Echo Valley Farm (formerly Beaver Creek Organics) was established by Henry and Mary Hochstettler in 2001;  they became fully transitioned to certified organic farming in 2006.  Their farm consists of 49.5 acres of which they farm 21 acres.

Henry and Mary specialize in garlic and kale.
