Mahlon and Francy Schrock are the owners and operators of Mahlon & Francy's Organic Gardening in Hillsboro, Wisconsin. They purchased farm in May, 2009. The farm consists of 28 acres, with 10 acres used for their organic farming.
Mahlon and Francy will be growing carrots, potatoes, popcorn, squash, and turnips for Simply Wisconsin this year.
